hoff.ae offer (1) year warranty on their main medical machines against manufacturing defects in UAE. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@hoff.ae)

We will accept the return of main AED Machine that has manufacturing defects only. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email (info@hoff.ae)

All medical equipment that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by hoff.ae in UAE only.
